Do you believe the suitable physical condition to do the job?
First written test for 50 min ( how to organise a two day meeting, writing an e-mail to the COM, analysing a table on data). Second part interview for 30 min (how you see the secretariat work, what skills do you need for this work, how you handle pressure, what kind of coordination have you done technical or content related, how you handle a late request from a stakeholder).
