Interview process was unusual. No questions were asked, except the ones that I asked. Basically, they print off the paperwork, verify all of your information, give you a simple math aptitude test, a personality test, and tell you about a few jobs they have available.
How do you feel about competition in the workplace?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why you are a good fit to the company?
Do you have any management or leadership experience? Are you familiar with dealing with people? How well are you dealing with people? Are you willing to learn and train? What motivates you?
One thing that they asked me was "Are you familiar with Section 8?**
Not many questions where asked
An Assistant Professor asked, with a note of contempt: "You're from the West Coast? Do you even know New York?"
