Most difficult was facing a panel of six different people. Example of question: Please describe a work related failure and how you handled it.
Technical questions on law. Situational based questions.
First stage informal interview followed by a second stage competency and technical based interview and a presentation- both of which were a waste of my time considering the company had re-advertised the job a day before my second interview which I wasn’t aware of until after the interview.
