The questions were completely standard. They just asked me to give a couple examples of how I've dealt with difficult customers or problematic scenarios in past jobs. then ran down the responsibilities of the position and asked if I had any questions... Pretty incomplete interview. BOTH times: once for assistant manager and once for Store manager.

A lot of questions are based on examples of customer situations and sales you made at previous jobs
If you were on death row, what would be your last meal and way?
Tell me of a time you had to train a new associate to complete a project and how did you go about this to ensure the project was completed properly and within the time frame.
How will you deal with difficult sales reps who have been with the company longer than you?
None were difficult - like I said, McDonalds would have challenged me more!
