They asked me about how I got into wanting to do sales, and some qualities that I have that made me think I could be successful at this role.
A lot of the interview questions focused on past experiences throughout college as well as personality based questions. The interview was very comfortable and conversational rather than a "rapid fire" question based interview process.
What is a goal that you had and how did you obtain it?
Why do you want to work at ADP? Wasn't difficult, but the question came up the most. The most difficult questions were specific to my situation. They really questioned hard why I left sales, then want to come back. Also questioned my background in finance. They were very scared that I would leave them for a better position. That's a big sign of weakness in my mind.
