Recruitment in 3 rounds 1 - interview with HR Manager with competency- & scenario-based questions (background; conflict resolution skills; teamwork skills etc). 2 - assessment focused on text editing/proofreading and content writing (summarising an existing report for website publication) 3 - Interview with the managing director. This one was informal/non-structured. MD is approachable and laidback and asked a few questions about my interest in the role, previous experience, professional aspirations, among others.
