Hitting deadlines is another difficult part of this. Even organized, timely people have trouble. Often you might get stuck on a piece of copy and stare blankly at the wall or let yourself get distracted on Facebook. Don't do that. Deadlines are deadlines.

I didn't find any of the questions unexpected. And they weren't difficult in the sense that they were tricky. They were really good questions-- it was a very transparent and straightforward process, which I found refreshing. I took them through my portfolio. They asked me some questions about my experience. They asked why I wanted to leave my (then) current agency. Then they asked how much money I wanted. Finally, they gave me an offer.
A question that made me question them a bit was would I have trouble writing copy for a brand for babies. I looked at this woman for a moment thinking she is serious, she staring back with a glazed stare, sort of expressionless.
