No Difficult questions, all behavioral and was asked to go through resume. "Why Northern?"

Know vlookup, pivot tables, fuzzy match (later found out what this was after the test), and basic brokerage basics such as commission structures, account types (Individual, trusts, taxable vs. non-taxable). They also throw in logic questions at the end which are pretty much pointless in determining if a candidate would do well in a job.
