Didn't feel like there were any "Gotcha!" type questions. They will ask some of the classic challenges like "Where do you want to be in five years/" I would say be very ready to answer that as the position does have a specific tenure of 5 to 7 years.

Tell about your self and experience and some critical thinking questions.

A lot of the questions were centered about my preferred working styles and what competencies I bring to the table. Here are a few questions that I can remember: Why do you think you're best fit for this position? What do you know about this company (Imperial Health Sciences, South Africa)? In what kind of work environment do you best function? How do you handle challenges that arise when working with team members, colleagues and clients? Which accomplishments are you most proud of in your professional career?
Very detailed questions and conversation on the type of team environment I prefer.
