Right from the start, the interview process was a mess. They gave only one time slot, which was very inconvenient. If adjusting schedules is hard, they could at least do all rounds in one day in-person round for local candidates. The interviewers seemed unprepared, lacked coordination, and the rounds did not increase in difficulty or structure. It felt more like a test of patience than a genuine assessment of skills. Overall, the process was unorganized and frustrating. A well-planned interview should respect candidates’ time and progressively evaluate skills, unfortunately, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED HERE
