It is behavioral based. Sharpen up on examples. For example leadership, team work, problem solving, conflicts. It was all day and a pane of two-three people ask you behavior based type questions.

What I could do in addition to teaching. This is what they asked all the other candidates as well. I don't think they actually need academicians; just these sort of floaters who'll do everything. Okayish job for someone starting out, but not good enough for someone seeking to build a resume and advance to the level of professor one day.
