Interview
After clearing Hackerrank problem, I was called for an in-person discussion.
Technical round (1 hr)
Design round (1 hr)
Manager round (30 mins)- Started with tell me about yourself and the projects I worked. This was done by Mr X.
I explained him about Rate Limiting System that I currently work. He interrupted me and suggested there is no need of such system and this could be done using Firewall (I was astonished by his overlooking here and tried to explain which he was not ready to listen).
On further discussion, about CSRF, he suggested CSRF prevention is not needed and the same could be achieved using https connection (I was at a loss for words of his overlooking once again).
There were many similar hazy statements that he made in our conversation like using Oauth2 for web (whereas ouath2 is only meant for APIs), Express-js is the server machine on which node runs (whereas express-js is a framework).
I agree that not everyone is knowledgeable on all areas. But throughout the interview he was overlooking the concept I explained and making insane statements without basic knowledge of it and showing his attitude by undervaluing my work and also my organization’s work (If he is able to make all those suggestions in matter of minutes, wouldn’t my organization brainstormed those suggestions. This attitude frustrated me a lot)
To give a context to Athenahealth management of his statements, it is like me stating “Athenahealth can use WhatsApp for Secure text messaging(athenaText)”.
He devastated my mood of the day, nullified the time I invested for interview preparation and process. Also, the level of filtration process that I went through went in vain.

Interview held in a hotel, nice arrangement.
Each candidate is given around 2hrs interview time hence process for waiting candidates is very frustrating.
Positions for Chennai
Technical round followed by managerial round.
First round for java people is arrays and sorting and algorithms.
Next round is for design.
