I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at athenahealth in Sep 2020
Interview
Aptitude test: 10 Technical MCQ's of 5 marks each and 2 Programming questions one of 50 marks and other of 75 marks.
After test, there were 3 interview rounds namely Technical, Managerial and HR.
Because of the pandemic, Technical round was taken on Hackerrank Codepair and other two on Microsoft teams.
Don't worry, I declined the offer because of location constraint, otherwise the company is good!

Interview
This was an initial screening type call. If “passed” there would be additional interviews with hiring manager(s). Conversational with some typical interview questions. I felt very relaxed, not rushed for answers and invited to ask questions.

Interview
They require you to complete an independent project as part of the interview process but only give you a few days to achieve it to simulate a comparable work project should you be hired. You must clean, organize, and present your findings/recommendations to several team members at once via video chat (which inevitably fails).
