How do I deal with conflict and a difficult boss? This question was asked of my 3 references as well. All my references urged me not to pursue this opportunity; they all came away from conversations with the HR staff with the strong impression that the CEO treats employees with little respect.

They asked about my background and whether or not I passed the bar on the first go. They asked about all of my legal experiences as well.
Asked about things on resume. Asked a lot of "how would you handle X situation." It was a lot of questions all three rounds. A lot of having to think-on-your feet, and it felt very much like they had a "correct" answer they were waiting for.
