Firstly, it was mostly about who I am and why I want this position. The HR-assessment was similar to IQ tests, personality tests, reasoning etc. Also a case study (irrelevant to the field) with role playing as if I am a consultant and they are clients.
Standard questions for the most part. Strengths, weaknesses, background, but there was a questionnaire with some personal questions after the first interview. What food, drink, music would you have if you were stranded on an island. Did you play team sports? Most interesting job, etc.
