As of right now I have not been asked any difficult questions. Everything thus far has been very reasonable and expected. I gather that the difficult interview questions come with the final phase of the interview when you are scheduled for the 30 minute role-play event.
For me, the most difficult/unexpected questions were those directly involving the role. For example, "You quote a car for 5 hours labor, but the body shop thinks it should be 9. Please explain in detail how you would respond to this." Or "Your supervisor wants to meet an average of 22 labor hours per month and you average 21, putting you in the middle. What would your response be?"
None of the questions were difficult or unexpected. They were about what you'd expect for this position.
Very straight forward questions asking about past experiences mostly focused on interacting with customers.
Receiving all leadership questions when I simply applies for the Auto Damage Trainee position with an open mind to the Leadership Program.
