Me: No Interviewer: Well, what sales experience do you have? Me: Do you have my resume there? Interviewer: No (What kind of interviewer is not ready for an interview?) After explaining my sales background the interviewer asks, "Are you OK working as a 1099 employee?" Me: That's not what the job description says. Interviewer: Yes it does Me: No it doesn't Interviewer: Yes it does Me: Well how much is the base? Interviewer: There is no base, it's commission only Me: That's not what the job description says.
