I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at bareMinerals in Feb 2018
Interview
So an old coworker of mine who works for BM messaged me saying they were in need of key holders and asked if I was interested. I'm always open to opportunity so I set up a meeting with the store manager the next day. The interview was very quick, lasted maybe 15 minutes max. She didn't' tell really ask me many questions, but more told me about the position and how much I was asking for. I took my own liberty to describe my work experience, that she seemed happy with. We then set up a make under interview for the following Wednesday. I brought a friend and did a 30 minute makeover, they just want to see how you interact with customers, your make up application skills, and how you sell. The store manager was very pleased and offered me the job as soon as I finished. The process was rediculously easy, and I was very pleased with the pay they offered.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at bareMinerals
Interview
Back in 2018. Pretty easy, it was a quick interview that requires you going into your work background. Took only a few days for the whole hiring process. Interview questions were as to be expected.
Easy and comfortable. A very friendly environment that makes you comfortable from the first interview. Usually two interviews in store. One with boutique and assistant managers and one with district manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at bareMinerals (Annapolis, MD) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online, couple weeks later the store manager called and asked me to come in. We had an in person interview and I was offered a management position I hadn’t applied to and was offered the job week later!
