You can expect an interview to consist mostly of behavioral questions such as �What would you do with a patron who has had too many drinks?� or �How quickly can you make a cosmopolitan?� Some employers only hire bartenders who have attended a bartending school while other employers prefer to promote their barbacks and cocktail waitresses."
Why should we hire you?/How do you make this cocktail?/How long have you been bartending?/What can you bring to the company? All done with two different tables of two people. Also, they do an "X-Factor" audition at a third table of four people, where you can/say do what you want for 90 seconds.
