Talent acquisition asked about compensation expectations at the beginning and end of interview process. BDR manager asked to my experience/comfort with cold-contact, as well as to my fortitude in the face of rejection. AE - Commercial manager asked to my trajectory and we explored our Whys. Former BDR reps provided excellent insight into role + daily life, while asking me about my experience, motivations, and performance in preceding, tangential roles.
They wanted to know about my background mostly. Probably to see if I was a good fit culturally. There was also a portion where we did a mock sales call. Then I got some feedback and did it again so they could gauge how coachable I am.
