They were friendly but had high expectation for someone who is fresh out of school with no experience in B2B. I was referred by a friend and passed the first round with the direct manager. I made it cleared that I don't have experience but I was willing to learn and he moved me to 2nd round. Him and 2 other managers grilled me during the interview and asked lots of non-sense situational/technical questions for someone with non-experience. I didn't get an offer and was told to read more business book. Mind you a year later I learned that the company laid off their entire Sales Department, including all the managers that were interviewing me. That was my silver lining.
