Standard questions for a behavioral health employee. Gave (3) clinical scenerios and why you would authorize a certain level of care. Asked if I knew about medications for mental health. . Discuss how I would handle an irate family member because their loved one was not authorized for continued stay or for admission to psych facility. Discuss computer literacy, program knowledge etc... What are (3) things that I think are important to me when working for a company?
