They asked what I noticed in the video of a BT working that they sent prior to the interview
She mostly asked me questions about my availability and ability to commit to their lackluster pay schedule and stringent scheduling system. There were absolutely no clinical questions that might reveal whether the interviewee would be a good fit for the actual role.
