How do you manage your time?
All they cared about was working with children with special needs. Not that I would mind this, and make a big deal about it. But they won’t hire you, if you have not worked with those who have special needs, and are not too familiar with that specific group. I only say this is a big deal and stress the importance, because that is all they will ask you about during the interview. The entire interview is based off of this, so be mindful and aware of this.
What will you do if a parent tell you "how come you are giving me advice on how to treat my child if you dont even have a child"?
