In a behavior therapist interview, employers usually ask questions about how you can teach clients to practice new behaviors to eliminate certain unhealthy or possibly self-destructive issues. During the interview, expect questions about your communication skills, since the job is client-driven and strong communication is how you can get patients to believe in the process.
The interview questions where really straight forward. The interviewer asked about what I would do in a certain situation, asked about how comfortable I going into other people home to provide therapy. There was of course other questions but I can not remember them.
