Most of them are behavioral scenarios, where they ask what you would do in a particular situation 5. They a question about underwriting ... which I never did even though I had a similar position and background (Honestly their questions are stupid, these are things that can be trained.. its personality that can't) I don't know why they would hire someone based on specific things they know... They managers seemed unprepared themselves.. they didn't even look like they wanted to be there.
