They didn't actually ask me any questions since it's a group interview. The only thing I was asked was "what big event happened in 2008" (the recession) during their sales pitch.
Have you ever had to deliver difficult or potentially unwanted information?
give me some examples of times when you had to deal with an irate customer and explain how you handled the situation.
Questions were average, mainly off the application that was submitted online.
