Interview
- 30 min CV-focused sift Zoom call with a manager, Easy and fairly standard questions which can be easily prepared for. A little bit of industry/sporting knowledge needed but can get by on buzzwords.
-Full assessment day. 4-5 tasks based on teamwork and communication, maths test, interview with senior manager, presentation on how to improve failing business, triage task to test your judgement. Proofreading/content writing task to test literacy. Always under scrutiny, don't let your guard down.
Long day but not too challenging if you've got your wits about you.

Interview
Relatively easy pre assessment centre interview. Given a good understanding of the company and the scheme. Interview wasn't too taxing, they just tried to get to find out more about you. Left with a good impression.
Research on Responsible Gambling and the company are beneficial, I struggled on the latter.
Overall pleasant experience and I've made it to the assessment centre (fingers crossed).
