They gave me unstructured data and asked me to clean it using Power BI with the help of DAX. The data was very messy and it took me 20 mins to understand. The columns were in shape of rows. There were dates mentioned. They also provided the clean dataset file for reference.
Questions focused heavily on technical execution rather than leadership and strategic decision-making, which seemed mismatched for a management role.
