It was an online interview process, there were 10 questions. You had 30 seconds to read the question and prepare an answer, then up to 3 minutes to record your answer. For each question you have 2 attempts if you messed up the first try.

What do you know about the position you are applying for?
5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,
Video Interview, 5 questions, why BP, why this role, and 3 describe a time you had to work with a team / had a conflict of interest. 3 minutes per question, one try, and 2 minutes to prepare. First applied through the website and had to pass an online SJT & Aptitude test.

Describe a time you had to lead a team and there was a conflict of interest.
Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
