Interview
There are four stages to the application process. First, you fill out a form describing your educational background, experiences ,and motivations. Then, there is a competency-based phone interview that lasts about 30-45 minutes, followed by a on-site technical interview, which takes 90 minutes. There is then an assessment centre, which consists of 4 tasks, two individual tasks and two group tasks.
