Interview
My CV was proposed to BP by my ex-colleague and I was asked to key-in my data into BP online application portal. Later I had a short tele-interview and was invited to attend an interview session. Before the interview, I was asked to complete several tests (personality, IQ, Numerical, English writing) and can only sit in for the interview if I pass.
Once I pass the test, I was interviewed by 2 managers. The interviewers are pleasant and to my surprise, they already studied my profile in-depth prior to the interview and only ask a very detailed drilling questions instead of something posted in my CV. They are using behavioral event interview to probe me.

It was efficient and fast. The recruiter was very responsive and hiring manager was very nice. Open to new ideas and actively looking for talents to bring in new ideas into revamping BPs recruiting process
