Interview
It is a 1 hour personal interview. They asked about how your experiences match the BP's 5 values.
The interviewer was quite nice. She gave me enough time to talk through. There was nothing technical but they really put emphasis on the values. They also check your enthusiasm towards BP and the o&g industry.

Interview
After applying you are automatically sent an invite to a pre-recorded online interview. It is only 4 questions and entirely behavioral. I would recommend really studying BP's core values, they seem to care about that a lot. If you do well, you'll get a second online interview with a different set of questions.

Interview
Basically I had to briefly talk about my application stuff and the sections, however the bulk of the interview was competency based questions, eg. greatest achievement, working in a team etc..so scenario based competency questions, I have selected (got an offer) but the offers arent due till feb/march and Glassdoor doesnt have a waiting for offer option.

cant specifically remember the questions, but something along the lines of tell us a time where you had to work with somebody difficult/conflicted etc and how did you go about getting past that.
The interview was relatively casual. I had two interviewers interviewing me and they explained the process throughly before starting.The interview lasted about 40min. Some tips for it would be to prepare and look at BPs values and think up some examples related to those value beforehand. Always point out the lessons learned. You are allowed a few mins to think about the question and form your answers so do make use of that.
