The procedure consists of 5 rounds:
1. Submit CV online
2. Fill in the Personal Statement from (5 short essays)
3. Take verbal + numerical + logical reasoning tests
4. Participate in Group Discussion + Presentation
5. Interview with Board of Managers

Interview
Initial Saville Assessment (similar to an IQ test) which contained a memory puzzle, basic mathematical calculations and pattern recognition in the form of shapes and number patterns. Second stage was a standardized HireVue interview.
On-demand video interview by HireVue. You will record your responses to these questions using your webcam. Usually, you have a set amount of time to answer each question. You may have multiple attempts for each answer, though this depends on the specific setup of the interview.
