Interview
Typical behavioral questions for 15 minutes then technical questions for an addition 15 minutes. They were looking for real world examples to answer each behavior question. For example, give me a situation where things didn't go as planned and how did you solve the problem. They also told me it wasn't about my answers but they mostly interested in my though process.

What needs to be considered for designing a specific heat exchanger? What are some equations you would use?
The interview for consisted of me answering pre recorders questions relating to my experience with team work and issues I have overcome. There was around 4 to 6 questions and it was a chance to express yourself as a person.

Interview
Was entirely based on webcam. Questions were odd and three questions pertaining to safety were asked in a row. Make sure to have three different examples where you can implement safety into your response.

Name a time you had to make a recommendation to someone
telephone interview which was then followed by face to face assessment day. The day consisted of a technical interview then presentation conducted by the hiring manager/engineering team which was followed by values/behaviour interview with people from HR team.
