I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at bp (Jakarta) in Sep 2012
Interview
1st interview was a technical interview with users. One of them was the Regional Manager, and the other one was a technical adviser. It took about 1 hour to complete the interview.
two weeks later, I had 2nd interview with HRD. one of them was HR adviser and the other one was HR senior officer.
One month after interview, the HR officer informed me that both user and HR satisfied. However, they had to wait approval from HQ in UK.
After 6 months waiting from the 2nd interview, the HR officer said this position was not approved by their management. Therefore, the cancelled the position.
