Interview
I applied online and spoke with BP representatives at my university's career fair. I was notified by my school that I was selected to schedule an interview. I interviewed about a week later. The interview was long, but I felt it allowed the interviewer and myself to be more relaxed and get to know each other. The questions ranged from school to behavioral. There was also a brief situational assessment where I had to evaluate a purchasing situation and make a recommendation. The interviewer was warm and friendly. I had a good experience interviewing with BP.
