bp Quantitative Analyst interview questions

A terrible recruiting process. I was contacted by BP's recruiter on LinkedIn for a Quant position in Germany. The whole process took approximately six months due to the lack of communication between HR and the hiring manager. Many times, I was asked the same questions by both. After all the interview rounds, the hiring manager contacted me personally to tell me that I would receive an offer soon, but this offer never came. After multiple follow-ups where the answer was "You'll receive the offer soon," I simply got tired and decided to withdraw. This behavior is unprofessional and pathetic.
