I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at bp (Houston, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process consisted of the hiring manager and another employee (not sure of what his title was), but they asked general interview questions and then they ask the behavioral questions. Towards the end of the interview they asked if I had any questions. I asked how long it would take to hear back from them regarding their decision. They stated that it normally takes up to 4 weeks, but if I recieve a assessment to take online then that's a good sign that they would like to proceed with hiring process. I recieved the assessment the very next day after I had my interview. I just recently heard back from my recruiter from the UK and she was just sending me an update letting me know that although the decision process is very ethylene, they are still considering me. Although I was already aware of the fact that it may take a while to hear back from anyone, it did make me feel a little better to know that they were still considering me for the job.
