From what I remember the interview included questions like tell me about a time you didn't get along with a fellow employee and how did you deal with it?
Tell me a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
No hard questions. Manager was kind, he got to the point wit background questions and let me know what the hiring process was. He was also clear about the ups and downs of driving for First Student. ( for example, it is PART TIME SEASONAL, with no paid time off.)
