The interviews were more about trying to understand what I was after in a role and my motivations rather than the traditional STAR interview questions. STAR questions after a certain level of experience are not useful as your CV should really tell what you can do in my opinion! A lot of information was shared about what sort of things were needed to be achieved in the role.

How would you handle a situation where theres expenses related to project but they weren't orginally included in the budget.
Be prepared and do your research of the role and the company. Be prepared to answer what a budget and forecast is and go into depth about how your experience ties into your definition.
