They all did basics questions on what would you do if an employee did something inappropriate in front of you. What would you do. The department manger had me sell a pen to him, to test my sales skills.

Nothing too difficult. "Have you ever stolen from a cash drawer" type of thing to make sure they aren't hiring a thief.
