They are looking for helpful and overall nice people
The interview was very brief as I had mentioned. I got to the interview with only minutes to spare. I kind of rushed in and was greeted by a receptionist who said sign in. I waited about 2 or 3 minutes and a lady called my name and I followed her to her office for a more 1 on 1 setting. Once there we sat together for maybe 15 minutes of questions and answers back and forth. The main questions consisted of : What call volume I was used to?
