What do you think was your main contribution in this presentation?

Mostly situational questions... start by asking you to tell him or her about yourself, what are you favorite stores, why UNIQLO, why the Manager Candidate program, a time when you were placed in a new situation and how you handled it, biggest learning experience etc.

Group assessment about a poorly performing store. The case was about a store performing badly because of the staff not following the standards, resulting in a dirty store, unsatisfied customers and high employee turnover.

Why Uniqlo? Why the retail industry? Why do you want to manage a store? What's your plan in 5 years time? Where do you see yourself in Uniqlo in the long run? What is your understanding of the UMC program? What do you think you will be doing when you start your job here? Have you led a team before? Tell me about your leadership experience. Are you willing to do the basics and interact with customers? What do you think are the challenges that you would face, and how would you overcome them? From the 2-day internship, what are the challenges that you faced / think you might face in the future? How do you feel about working overseas e.g. Japan?
