Do a simple grammar test. Answer a short essay ( 50 to 200 words) about the hometown you grew up in. Send a practice captioned video ( video is 3 minutes long, they teach you the basics). If everything looks good they invite you to send 2 more captioned videos. Both of these videos are 3 minutes long. Took me about an hour to thoroughly caption each video.

The most difficult question was being asked to perform the repeat-while-listening task. Either you can do it, or you can't. They may let you try again at a later time, let you go home and practice, but ultimately it's a skill you have to have in order to do your job.
