She proceed to scold me and attack me as a caregiver. So I declined the offer. I already apologized I’m not apologizing again just because you are asking for another apology that’s insane I apologize multiple times and I even said it would be understandable if they chose not to move forward. This lady literally wanted me to beg for this job and I find that disgusting.

Do you have an active RN or LPN license in WA state? Have you had at least 1 year experience in Long term care as a nurse (nursing home, hospice or home health)? Do you work for a company that provides HCA training? If so, what is your position? The pay is $28/hr. Is this acceptable? Are you available at least 3 days a week? If not, how many days are you available? There is no guarantee of how many days you would work or how many hours you would work in a day as this depends on the number of candidates pending. Are you OK working as needed? Are you comfortable traveling up to 30 miles one way as needed? If interested, you can travel further. Prometric pays the federal mileage rate after the first 30 miles round trip and pays $15/hr travel time after the first hour round trip. Are you comfortable working with a variety of computer programs and websites, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams? HCA evaluators are only to evaluate candidates, they are not allowed to instruct. Are you OK with that? What interested you in this position?
