Met with the CFO and she described the catering & grocery and where she wanted the company, catering to go. Everything seemed like a perfect including the salary range I asked for. Was very candid. Wrapped up with a tour of the space.
"Tell me about yourself" - the one question led to a conversational back & forth.
I was surprised that neither the GM nor the initial interviewer asked any difficult questions. I expected questions related to specific marketing strategies I had successfully employed in the past or specific questions related to sales performance.
