They asked about previous experience and gave me common scenarios to respond to. They also asked about my salary requirements.
The questions were really simple. Asked questions regarding my previous experience and why I was looking for a new job. He explained what he was looking for and was very straightforward about the position.
I was offered the position, however when I saw the posting, I was drawn to the Salary. Ziprecruiter stated it was $40,000-45,000 plus commission. When I received an offer, the owner offered me waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy less. When i asked about the difference, he explained that he felt I wasn't as experienced as what he was looking for.
