The questions they ask are the same kinds you get in interviews, "name a situation where you didn't expect the outcome you desired and how you accounted for that and ree..." etc..... I just make up stories that are interesting.... that's how you answer those ridiculous questions. Be a storyteller. Make them laugh or at least smile... You become memorable..

The company sent a questionnaire with two questions. One of the questions was a simple math problem asking to illustrate how to teach the concept of speed. Fairly simple. Second question was more detailed, asking in depth sharing of how to build mktg campaigns for the soon to be launched center (where the job opening was) Essentially, they had me write the entire mktg plan for them!
