Questions were very general questions about analytical chemistry techniques, such as NMR, mass spectrometry and gas chromatography. Interviewers informed me that it is an entry level position so they did not expect me to answer all questions correctly but they rather tried to assess how deep my knowledge is for now. It was more of a discussion than a Q&A and the interviewers guided me towards the correct answers if I got stuck.
I talked about my experience and cv for the first part and the second part was just competency based questions. so things like conflict, mistake,leadership,team player etc. Talk as much as you can
